Utilize OnVu TTI’s to determine the integrity of your chill chain, and to highlight problem areas if and when they exist.
By measuring color change of the TTI at pre-defined various critical points throughout the supply chain, you will be able to spot and rectify breakdowns. Whilst monitoring the chill chain, brand integrity can be maintained by ensuring that goods that have been subject to temperature abuse during one link in the chain are rejected at the following station by receiving staff who monitor and act on extreme color change of the OnVu indicator.
