Mr. Levy has extensive experience in finance and management. He held the position of CEO for Investment Banking Firm Poalim Capital Markets and Sahar (Securities) Ltd. following managerial positions at Batucha Securities & Investments Ltd. Levy is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of the Harvard Business School, and holds an LLB and a BA in economics from Tel Aviv University

Professor Eichen has led the development efforts for Freshpoint's technology. He holds BA and PhD degrees in chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem,and currently serves as associate professor of chemistry at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Professor Eichen has been involved in extensive research in the field of chemistry, and has received numerous awards for his activities. He performed his post doctoral research in France in the laboratory of Nobel Laureate in chemistry, Jean Marie Lehn. Eichen is active in the academic and professional arenas and is widely published.

Professor Haarer is one of the original developers of the Freshpoint TTI technology. A PhD in physics from the University of Stuttgart in Germany, he is a professor in the physics department at University Bayreuth, and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Viessmann Kaeltetechnik AG. He served as head of the BAYER AG physics department and has been extensively involved in industrial research. Haarer's areas of interest include laser-spectroscopy, optical and photoelectric properties of polymers, and photoconduction xerography and printing technologies. He is a joint recipient of the prestigious Max Planck Award for scientific achievement

Dr. Salman holds B.Sc. degrees in chemistry from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, M.Sc. and PhD degrees in chemistry from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technolog. Dr. Salman has been participated in various researches in the field of chemistry.

Scott joined Battery in 1997. His investments include Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM), @Stake (acquired by Symantec), eCredit.com, FreshPoint, ITA Software, Kashya (acquired by EMC), The London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (acquired by Euronext), More Magic Solutions, The NewsMarket, ProfitLogic (acquired by Oracle), Ruckus Network, The Tennis Channel, and Ximian (acquired by Novell). Prior to Battery, Scott spent time in corporate finance and prior to that ran Corporate Development at Future Vision, a venture-backed software company that was sold to Softkey International. He graduated with honors from Brandeis University with a BA in International Relations and Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies.

Mr. Shamir is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Catalyst Investments and also former Chairman of IAI, Israeli Aerospace Industries and of Shamir Optical Industry, traded on NASDAQ (SHMR). From 2004-2005, Mr. Shamir was Chairman of El Al, Israeli Airlines and lead the privatization process of the firm. From 1995 to 1997. From 1994 to 1995, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Elite Food Industries, Ltd. He currently serves as a director of few public companies listed on NASDAQ including Mercury Interactive Corporation and DSP Group Corporation. Mr. Shamir holds a B.Sc. Electronics Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Avi joined Battery in 2005, and focuses on Israeli investments. Prior to Battery, Avi was a General Partner with Israel-based Concord Ventures, where he led investments in Flexlight Networks (the inventor of GPON), Kagoor (acquired by Juniper), Civcom and WholeOptics. He served as Chairman of Flexlight, Civcom and WholeOptics, and successfully guided many other broadband, optics, wireless, storage and networking companies through changing business strategies. Avi is a former Battery portfolio company executive, founding and serving as CEO of Seabridge Ltd., (formerly RADNET) an ATM/IP multi-service platform leader that was acquired by Siemens and Newbridge. Earlier in his career, Avi served as Senior Director at ECI Telecom, with responsibility for business development, sales and marketing. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and a MS in Business Management from the Boston/Ben Gurion joint program.

Julien Assous serves as CEO of IBI brokerage services. He served as CEO of a number of investment and finance companies. Assous holds a bachelor's degree in political science and management from Tel Aviv University.

Rob brings 15 years of retail and consumer products experience to Freshpoint, having worked in a variety of FMCG fields including office supplies, computer products, and most recently food. Rob joined Freshpoint from Daymon Worldwide, a global specialist in private label sales and development, where he was a Vice President responsible for business development. Prior to that he worked for Hewlett Packard in their Consumer Products business unit. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and law from Wits University in Johannesburg, South Africa, with additional majors in economics and psychology
